About VPAM

Vendor Privileged Access Management (VPAM) is an Imprivata application that enables you to receive secure support through remote connections. The remote sessions connect your vendor representatives (or Vendor Reps) to your assets. Your assets might include:

  • Data

  • Services (Software, Infrastructure, and Platforms)

  • Applications

Vendor Reps connect to your assets through custom Gatekeeper or Gateway applications that you configure with zero-trust access. All of your vendor rep's activities in your assets are monitored by the VPAM server to provide you with detailed activity logs.

Access VPAM

You and your team can access the VPAM server by clicking the link in the account activation email sent from donotreply@securelink.com. This email contains the User ID required to log in, the VPAM server URL, and a button that redirects you to the account activation page.

The VPAM Login Page opens in your preferred browser. The system prompts you to enter your User ID and to set a password for your account. On this page you can also change the Department, Phone, and Alternate Phone fields.

After you activate your account, you can access your VPAM server by entering your User ID and your password.

TIP:
Bookmark your VPAM server URL to easily access the CPAM server in the future!

Forgot Password?

If you forget your VPAM password, find the password reset link in the Login Page. To reset your password, the system requests the email that you used to register to the server. If the system finds an account that matches the email address, you receive an email with the instructions to reset your password.

New Interface

Currently, the VPAM team is working on revamping our User Interface (UI). Some VPAM features are only available in the new UI, while others are only available in the old UI. You can toggle between versions by clicking Switch to Legacy UI on the top right corner. This toggle is also available when you log in to your server.
