About VPAM

Vendor Privileged Access Management (VPAM) is an Imprivata application that enables you to receive secure support through remote connections, known as sessions.

The remote sessions connect your vendor representatives (or Vendor Reps) to your assets. Your assets might include:

  • Data

  • Services (Software, Infrastructure, and Platforms)

  • Applications

Vendor Reps connect to your assets through custom Gatekeeper or Gateway applications that you configure with zero-trust access. All of your vendor rep's activities in your assets are monitored by the VPAM server to provide you with detailed activity logs.

New Interface

Currently, the VPAM team is working on revamping our User Interface (UI). Some features in this helps system are only available in the new UI, while others are only available in the old UI. You can toggle between versions by clicking Switch to Legacy UI on the top right corner. This toggle is also available when you log in to your server.
