Access and Login

This page contains the information on how to access and log in to your Vendor Privileged Access Management (VPAM) server. The processes in this page include the first time access to the server for users, how to recover your credentials in case you forget them, and the request access process for users.

First-Time Access

To access your VPAM server for the first time, open your email application and ensure that you received an email from donotreply@securelink.com. The email must have the following information:

  • User ID

  • VPAM Server URL

  • Activation Button

After you click the activation button, your VPAM server opens in your preferred browser. The system prompts you to enter your User ID and to set a password for your account.

After you submit your information, you can change the Department, Phone, and Alternate Phone fields of your profile.

From this moment on, you can access your VPAM server with your User ID and password combination.

TIP:
Bookmark your VPAM server URL to facilitate access in the future!

Recover Your Credentials

If you forget your User ID or password, click Forgot User ID or password? at the bottom of the login form. The system prompts you to type your email. If the system finds an account that matches, you receive an email from donotreply@securelink.com with instructions to reset your password.

Access Requests

VPAM System Administrators can enforce an Internal Access security policy to provide an additional layer of security to customers and their applications. As a user, you may need to request access every time you attempt to log in to your VPAM server. To request access:

  1. Open your VPAM URL.

  2. Type in your User ID and password.
If the Internal Access policy is active, the system prompts you to provide a reason to log in.

  3. Complete the request access form.

  4. Check your email to review if your access is approved or denied.
