  • SAP Inventory - User Profiles Roles - The validtill date which was retrieved has been stored in the validfrom date of the record

  • SAP Inventory - BOB Injection will be executed in any case

  • SAP Apply BOB SAP Role and Profile - There was an error checking if the permission was already assigned

  • SAP BOB Removel - SAP Role - There was an error retrieving the valid from date. Additionally, if the valid from date could not be found, the action won't be stopped.

Enhancements 

  • The connection to different SAP system can now be made with different credentials for each system. The passwords for each system is encrypted and stored in the unimate vault.

  • The processes throughout the interface encrypt the variable to connect to the respective SAP systems.

General Information

Die SAP Benutzerverwaltung Schnittstelle von Imprivata unimate bindet SAP in einen ganzheitlichen Serviceansatz ein: Vom Antrag über die Genehmigung bis zur Anlage eines SAP-Benutzers, einschließlich der gezielten Zuordnung von Rollen und Profilen – alles automatisiert. Natürlich auch das Entfernen von Rollen oder Deaktivieren von Benutzern bei Unternehmensaustritt. IT-Abteilungen können so die alltäglichen Anforderungen hinsichtlich Änderungen bei Nutzern, Gruppen und Organisationseinheiten in der SAP Benutzerverwaltung schneller und vor allem aufwandsärmer erfüllen.

Systemvoraussetzungen

Die folgenden SAP Versionen werden von der Imprivata unimate SAP Schnittstelle unterstützt: SAP R/3 4.6C oder höher.

Business Case:

The SAP Benutzerverwaltung interface of Imprivata unimate is used for the automatic provisioning of your SAP Benutzerverwaltung environment, by connecting to the respective system and application. This includes for example applications for HR processes, the account management or license management. This entails complete processes: beginning with the requests for the creation to the configuration of applicable permissions and resources as well as the controlled deactivation. Fully automatic. Additionally unimate ensures complete reporting for the respective actions to ensure compliance and security requirements which can be accessed later on for audits.
