Getting Help
If you need assistance, the following options are available from the Help menu in the Imprivata PatientSecure Admin Console:

On the Admin Console menu, click
and then select Contact Support.
The Imprivata Support and Learning Center home page opens.

Enter your username and password, and then click Log In.
If you do not have log-in credentials for the Support Center, contact your Imprivata PatientSecure representative.

Click Contact Us.

You can identify the PatientSecure release you are using:

On the Admin Console menu, hover the cursor over
.
The About section lists the current Imprivata PatientSecure release and build number.

Go to the Imprivata Support and Learning Center home page.

Enter your user name and password, and then click Log In.
If you do not have log-in credentials for the Support Center, contact your Imprivata PatientSecure representative.

Select PatientSecure from the Products drop-down list.

Select Imprivata PatientSecure 6.7 SP1 from the Product Downloads list.

Click an item in the documentation list to open it.
