Using Reporting Tools
A variety of reporting and notification tools are available for auditing, performance monitoring, troubleshooting and other uses.
Report Types
Reports are available for the Imprivata Enterprise Access Management platform.
- User reports provide information about user activity, Administrator activity, logins, lockouts, and enrollment over a period you define.
- Application reports show you when application credentials are captured, proxied for user access, or changed, and when custom screens open if their audit flag has been set.
- Computer reports provide information about computer activity and suspensions of the Fingerprint Identification licensed feature.
- The VASCO OTP Token Activity report provides information about the activities of a specific OneSpan (formerly VASCO) OTP token.
In addition to the reports, you can be automatically notified of many events by email, or you can have the notification posted to a URL or to the appliance system log. Event notifications are described in Configuring Event Notifications.
