MDA Device Dashboard
Supported in Mobile Access 7.4 and later.
The MDA Device dashboard is available to MDA Console Admins and Console Users only.
If your organization owns both MDA and MAM products, use the top navigation item to switch products before navigating to the Dashboard tab.
If you don't have access and want access, contact your CSM or Imprivata Support to request.
The MDA Device Dashboard displays metrics on the following items.

Total devices — indicates the total number of devices.

Devices checked in — indicates the number of devices checked in.

Devices checked out — indicates the number of devices checked out.
Click the specific tile to view additional details in a table.
The summary table helps you identify device serial number and name, the device user, the device model, timestamp when the device was used, the activity, and the authentication methods that were used to authenticate to the apps.
View Detailed Activity Information for a Single Device
To view the details for a single device:

From the summary table, click the row for a specific device.

The Activity page displays the detailed activity history for the selected device, including domain, authentication method and the application name.
Export the Activity
To export the activity information to a CSV file:

Click Export Activity.

Specify a date range: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, This Month, Last Month, or Custom Range.

Select Custom Range to specify a custom range of dates to export.
