View the Activity Tab

In the MDA admin console, the Activity tab displays a summary of recent MDA device activity.

This gives administrators a searchable, exportable audit trail of MDA activity across shared devices, users, authentication methods, and applications. This helps customers understand who used which device, when it was checked out and checked in, and which applications were access, supporting operational visibility and user accountability.

Filter the Device Activity

By default, the Activity tab displays the activity history for all MDA devices.

To filter the device activity:

1. In the Search activity box, type a search string, for example, the serial number of a device.

2. The Activity page displays the detailed activity history.

Export the Activity

To export the activity information to a CSV file:

1. Click Export Activity.

2. Specify a date range: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, This Month, Last Month, or Custom Range.

3. Select Custom Range to specify a custom range of dates to export.
