Device Home Dashboard
Supported in MAM 7.3 and later.
The Device home dashboard is available to Console Admins and Department Managers only.
MAM's Device home dashboard displays a summary of the devices associated with Launchpads in a department. This allows you to quickly identify who has a device, and which devices are lost, overdue, or in the wrong location.
The Device Home Dashboard displays metrics on the following items. Click the specific tile to view a detailed list of devices.

Total devices — indicates the total number of devices.

Devices checked in — indicates the number of devices checked in.

Devices checked out — indicates the number of devices checked out.

Overdue devices – indicates the number of devices that are overdue.

Users with more than one device – indicates the number of users with more than one device checked out.

Device in wrong location – indicates the devices that are marked as being in a location other than their Device Home location.
The Device in wrong location metrics are displayed for organizations using the Device Home feature and Wrong Location Workflow.
A device is considered in the wrong location when the 'Device Home' device attribute does not match the Launchpad attribute '{Select LP Attribute}'.
Display Your Department
To display the dashboard for one or more departments, select them from the Select/type device home list and click Apply.
