Admin Console Dashboard

The Dashboard is the Patient Access Admin Console home page. The Dashboard displays statistics in all locations available to you.

The Dashboard displays the following information:

• Bar graphs indicating the statistics of enrollments, verifications, and identifications for the selected time period.

• A summary of total enrollments, total verifications, and total identifications. The totals include any failures.

Dashboard Filters

The Dashboard includes filters to help show only the information needed.

Available filters

• Filter by: Select the type of information to filter.

• Filter values: Shows a list of available options based on the selected type. Allows selecting multiple options, selecting all, clearing all, or searching for specific items.

• Activity result: Filters the results by outcome. Options are All, Success or Failure.

• Date: Filters the results by time period. Options are Last 24 Hours, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days or Last 12 Months.

The available filter options update automatically after selecting a type of information in Filter by.
