CPAM Customers

Overview

A CPAM Customer is the customer of a CPAM Vendor. The CPAM Vendor utilizes the CPAM software to securely support the customer's needs. CPAM Customers do not have nor require a license for CPAM; the CPAM Vendor provides the application to the customer, so that the vendor can provide secure and remote support

CPAM Customers are the type of user that receives support from a CPAM Vendor. CPAM Customer do not have a license to Imprivata Customer Privileged Access Management: their vendor provides an application for them to receive secure and remote support.
