Governance Overview
The Governance Report center allows you to measure and analyze the health of your organization. You can create custom Governance Reports or use any of the Report Library templates. You can edit, save, and schedule the Governance Reports that you created or that were shared with you. The available actions may vary depending on your user role.
Imprivata Access Intelligence also offers the ability to execute a preselected list of Governance Reports simultaneously through Portfolio Library Reports including HIPAA Breach Notification Audit, HIPAA Privacy Audit, and HIPAA Security Audit Portfolio options.
Governance Report types include:

Alerts—a Governance Report that analyzes and visualizes the Alerts processes. You can review the statuses and workflows of Alerts over time.

Enforced Policy—a Governance Report that analyzes and visualizes your Enforced Policies usage. You can review the usage and impact of Enforced Policies across your system.

Investigations—a Governance Report that analyzes and visualizes your investigations processes. You can review the statuses of Investigations over time and identify those that may require additional actions.

Involved Parties—a Governance report that analyzes and visualizes the users involved in Investigations.

Metadata—a Governance report that tracks data extract file deliveries to FairWarning.
Additional types may be available depending on your data and goals, such as reports that address an audit from the Office of Civil Rights. Each of these reports work to prove your organization’s actions and compliance.
The information in the Governance Reports table is grouped into the following columns:

Usage—information on whether a Report is added to a Dashboard, shared, or scheduled.

Name—a name of a Governance Report.

Description—additional information about a Governance Report.

Schedule—a schedule when a Governance Report is executed.

Updated By—a name of a user who updated a Governance Report last.

Updated Date—a date and time when a Governance Report was last updated.

Owner—a name of a Governance Report owner.

Actions—actions that can be performed on Governance Report.
You can sort the information in the Governance Reports table by clicking the arrow near a column name.
On the Governance page, you can switch between the following views:

My Reports—Governance Reports that you created or that were shared with you.

All Reports—all Governance Reports that are available in Imprivata Access Intelligence.
NOTE:All Reports are only visible for users with the User Administrator or System role.

Recently Modified Reports—Governance Reports that were recently modified.
